Her robust academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Adamson University, complemented by an ongoing MBA in Supply Chain Management and specialized diplomas in Human Resource Management, Training of Trainers, and SAP Material Management. This diverse educational background, coupled with her extensive practical experience, positions her as an invaluable educator dedicated to fostering excellence in our students.

Maestro de Oliveira's career is marked by a profound commitment to public service and institutional development within Timor-Leste. As a Professional Specialist and Technical Adviser at the Ministry of State of Administration, she spearheaded high-value procurement projects for 13 Municipalities, ensuring 100% compliance with national and international standards and guiding senior management on complex strategies. Her tenure also includes pivotal roles as a Senior Procurement Officer for Training and Capacity Building, where she designed and delivered foundational training programs for over 50 staff, and as a Senior Procurement Officer managing projects valued at an estimated $226 million, including critical infrastructure and aviation services. She is recognized for establishing Long-Term Agreements, developing standardized procurement tools, and significantly enhancing operational efficiency through process optimization and digital transformation.
