Belina Maia Rosario

Belina Maia do Rosario is a full-time lecturer at the National University of Timor Lorosa’e (UNTL), where she is deeply committed to advancing English language education. She earned her Master’s degree in Teaching English as a Second Language from Flinders University in South Australia, gaining extensive knowledge and practical experience in language teaching methodologies. With a strong passion for teaching, Belina focuses on improving the quality of English education in Timor-Leste. She is particularly dedicated to the development of innovative and culturally relevant learning materials that support effective teaching and meaningful learning outcomes. Through her work, she aims to contribute to the professional growth of teachers and the academic success of students, fostering a stronger foundation for English language proficiency in her country
